Running/Gait Analysis

Running and Gait analysis is measuring your body mechanics and looking at the whole picture in order to help you identify patterns and limitations in your running and gait stride. You will be required to walk or run on a treadmill and different angles and perspectives will be recorded, specifically your feet, ankles, knees, hips, torso, back and arms. We will aim to identify any muscular imbalances and weakest link in your chain of movement. We will make further recommendations for strengthening and conditioning and ways to improve your mechanics to help avoid future injury.
