Rachel Sandhu, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Rachel Sandhu is a board certified Doctor of Physical Therapy who has practiced in the outpatient orthopedic environment since 2009. She enjoys assisting clients in recovering from post-surgical conditions, sport injuries, prenatal and postnatal stress, and impairments from autoimmune diseases. Once an injured athlete, she understands the pain and frustration that goes into rehab and the difference it makes to have the right tools to recover. Rachel treats every client like an individual, because biomechanics, habits, posture, age, level of function vary among us all. Her goal is to understand your condition with a holistic evaluation, discover contributing factors for ongoing pain and dysfunction and give you a game plan that gets you back to the activities you love to do most. In addition to her commitment as a physical therapist, Rachel enjoys running around the parks in DC with her husband and two kids and hosting the many friends and family who love to visit this fun area.
